1. Service

59API is a third-party AI API relay that provides access to large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) via upstream providers, billed by token usage. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Account & keys

You must register an account and keep your API keys secure. Keys act as account credentials; you are responsible for any loss caused by leaking or sharing them.

3. Billing & top-ups

The service is prepaid: you add balance and are charged per request based on real token usage. Balance is virtual credit used to offset API calls, not a cash deposit.

4. Refund policy

• Unused balance may be refunded within 7 days of the top-up, minus any consumed amount and payment-processor fees.
• Consumed credit, and top-ups older than 7 days, are non-refundable.
• Credit earned via referral rebates or promotions is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (commission withdrawals follow the separate withdrawal rules).
• To request a refund, leave a message on the Contact page; we respond within 3 business days.

5. Availability

The service depends on third-party upstream providers and is not guaranteed to be 100% available. We will make reasonable efforts to restore outages caused by upstream failures, policy changes or force majeure, but are not liable for indirect losses.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful, infringing, abusive or attacking purpose, or in violation of the model providers' usage policies. Violating accounts will be disabled without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Model outputs are generated by third-party AI models, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you use them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version on this page applies. Please review periodically.
